Term indicates the plants that add freshness, colour and enlivenment into our living spaces. Their flowering season is long and should be supplied in state of flowering on the market.

They demand more light and suitable temperature. We should dedicate the brightest places close to the east, west or south-oriented windows to such plants.

Flowering plants take period of rest in-between flowering cycles. They do not need so demanding care during the period of rest.

Their native climate zones are tropical and subtropical, therefore we should grow them indoors. However, they can spend summers outdoors.

We fertilize them only during the period of flowering. It is necessary to remove dry parts and residues of flowers as we stimulate longer and richer flowering this way.
